Yantai Wanhua

I graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology. When Wanhua came to our university for recruitment, I was not there, so I didn’t have the chance to attend the interview. Since I am from Yantai, I want to work there again. I’m not sure how Wanhua is as an employer, and I don’t know how to get employed there. If anyone knows anything, please give me some advice.
Wanhua needs to install many devices and requires a lot of people; give it a try

Depending on the department, the benefits vary as well； The research institute is good, while the design institute is a bit inferior
Three of my classmates graduated and went to Yantai Wanhua; one of them resigned last year to pursue further studies, while the other two are doing very well in their jobs. You can learn a lot of knowledge or skills, and the compensation is good too. The working environment isn’t ideal; it’s quite exhausting, and there’s a risk of poisoning… One of the colleagues was poisoned last year, but fortunately it wasn’t serious. Overall, it’s still quite reliable.
