Regarding oxygen-enriched gas production: Hello, everyone! Our company produces 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia using a batch process for gas generation. To reduce costs, our technical department has proposed switching to an oxygen-enriched batch process for gas production, in order to increase the amount of gas generated and reduce the amount of residual carbon in the coal ash. It is uncertain whether it is feasible based on the stability of the process operation and the economic viability of the investment after the modification I’m not sure which company in China is good at producing oxygen-enriched gas, or which design institute offers the most cost-effective and comprehensive renovation solutions I hope fellow sailors can give me some advice! Wishes to all sea friends: good fortune in the Year of the Dragon, good health, and happiness for your families.

Oxygen can be produced directly using pressure swing adsorption; given the quantity you need, VPSA should be used for this purpose. It would be best if you could provide the specific parameters, or you can send them to me privately as well. I can help you design it. QQ641422381。 TEL:18615757447
Our company is also working on this project, but the cost of oxygen production equipment is quite high!
The aeration technology used in our company is from Hunan Yifeng, and its performance is quite good
Not many of these have been successful in operation; many companies installed oxygen generation equipment only to shut it down later
There are still many disadvantages to intermittent oxygen-enriched gas production using a fixed bed; oxygenation-based gas production, on the other hand, is quite good. The oxygen content in oxygen-enriched gas production is 47–52%, while that in oxygen-enhanced gas production is 28%.
Oxygen-enriched gas production is often used as a pretext for batch projects; is it simply to increase the load on the furnaces in order to meet production demands?
We recommend using oxygen and nitrogen enhancement technology to increase the gas production per furnace, and do not recommend the pure oxygen-based gas generation process.
Hi Haiyou... is your company using this process?
The company is operating slowly; it was proposed at the beginning of the year, but it may not have been implemented yet. I have left that company now. I’m leaving my former supervisor’s QQ number for you: 582173166, Manager Wei. Thank you for your concern
