Our unit is equipped with a Zhejiang Qingji P60 centrifuge and a Chongqing Jiangbei HR630 centrifuge. During use, it seems that the oil temperature of the Jiangbei centrifuge is always higher than that of the Qingji centrifuge, especially in summer – the oil tank of the Jiangbei centrifuge feels hot to the touch. The principle and structure of the two types of centrifuges are basically similar, and some components can even be used interchangeably. I hope an experienced expert can analyze it.
Our LW650-1755-N horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuges in Jiangbei use grease for lubrication, but the lubrication effect is poor, causing the bearings to overheat frequently.
It is possible to design a fuel supply line from the oil pump outlet to the bearing housing, using hydraulic oil to lubricate the bearings.
Different types of oil pumps are used, as well as different cooler models and cooling areas
High oil temperature is a common problem with the Jiangbei HR630 centrifuges, and many units have replaced their coolers. The selection was incorrect; it’s a problem with the hydraulic system. Just use a better cooler. Maintenance technical documents for piston push centrifuges: http://348874896.qzone.qq.com/#!app=4
:Lol, competing with Zhejiang Light Machinery – hoping to gain more recognition from users!
The P–80 double-impeller centrifuge uses a hydraulic circulation oil supply system to lubricate the bearings
The P–80 double-feed centrifuge uses a hydraulic circulation oil supply system to lubricate the bearings
All P-series double-thrust centrifuges use a hydraulic circulation oil supply system to lubricate the bearings; those from Zhejiang use gear pumps, and they do not allow for variable adjustment of the number of thrusts, lacking the advantage of hydraulic variable speed control. Moreover, the spare parts for these machines are expensive, resulting in higher costs. ##The material and manufacturing quality are good, offering good value for money. It uses a vane pump for bypass speed control; there are some minor issues with the hydraulic system that cause the oil temperature to rise. With a few improvements, it can outperform products from Zhejiang. The cast-iron tank bases used in the original Xiangtan models were more resistant to corrosion and earthquakes, but currently all 3 manufacturers have switched to welded steel plates (a costly mistake). The number of push cycles for the last 2 units can be varied. The accessories such as screens are basically the same across the 3 manufacturers, but the connection dimensions for components like push rods, copper bushings, cylinders, and seals (cylinder heads) vary. There is a large price difference among the transmission seals (oil transfer seals) from these 3 manufacturers.
Different hydraulic pressure models are definitely different; it’s just like bearings – even if they are of the same model from different brands, they still differ
It’s a fault in the hydraulic system; it has nothing to do with the heat exchanger. After all, Zhejiang Light Machinery has worked with Form for some time, and their quality is very good
