Both of our 2 sets of equipment use Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong system, and they operate quite stably

We have one set with 12,000 air separation capacity and one set with 16,000 air separation capacity
We use the central control system from Zhejiang University; its operation is very stable with no issues. Our model is 25,000

The system’s operations are relatively flexible and simple; however, if operators abuse certain permissions, it increases the system’s risk level ； 3. The system itself is relatively stable; the cards for JX-300x, JX-300xP, and ECS-100 are installed in the chassis, so care should be taken to prevent rats ； 4. The wiring of ECS-100 and ECS-700 is convenient and easy to maintain; of course, regular maintenance is not required, but it is important to ensure proper grounding of the system ； 5. The system features a fully Chinese interface; if the configuration labels in the DCS were clearer, operators would be better able to understand the control principles of various air separation systems ； At the same time, if the operator is interested, they will have a certain understanding of some of the control logic, as the internal system assistance is also in Chinese ； The engineering staff at the control center are very enthusiastic and ready to answer users’ questions promptly. (Of course, I haven’t been in touch for several years; I don’t know how things are now!) ）
All four sets of units in our company are equipped with DCS systems from Zhejiang University; they operate stably with very few instances of shutdowns. In terms of operation, having compared it with Beijing Li Shi, I find Zhejiang University’s version to be more user-friendly and simpler. Personally, I think Zhejiang University is the top choice for domestic DCS.
