How often should liquid chlorine valves be replaced?

The first valve in the storage tank should be replaced once a year, while the second valve needs to be replaced every 2 years. The first valve that has been replaced can be used as the second valve.
For safety reasons, it’s best to replace it once a year; for areas that aren’t that critical, the interval can be longer. Everything is based on safe and stable production.
It seems we’ve been using it for a while now!
Reply to 5# Nutrilite: If the quality of the valve is indeed good and it is not in a critical location (it can be replaced later), then the replacement interval can be extended appropriately；
We use Mingjiang’s special chlorine valves here; we’ve had them for over 6 years now. Most of the valves located at the entrance to the storage tanks still haven’t been replaced. There have been a few leaks at the valve gaskets, but otherwise there are no problems at all!
Reply to 7# Nutrilite: For valves that are used under harsh conditions (with humid air and high usage frequency), bellows-type chlorine valves (with PTFE bellows or Hastelloy bellows) can be used. This type of valve is easy to operate and does not leak.
