I am compiling a safety manual, and when writing about the basic principles of safe production, I divided them into categories: one category consists of the basic principles of behavioral safety, and the other consists of the basic principles of work discipline. Although there are some differences, some of these principles can be classified under either category. I’ve been thinking about whether the concepts and requirements of these two categories are consistent, and whether such a distinction is really necessary
The safety manual focuses on safety; matters related to process discipline and safety can be explained in terms of safety principles, while relevant processes are primarily based on process operation procedures.
