How to perform bed holding in the regenerator of the MIP_CGP catalytic process

In the event of a main air supply interruption, the main air self-protection mechanism will activate, resulting in the reactor operating in single-container fluidization mode. Under such conditions, emergency steam will certainly have been introduced into the regenerator to maintain fluidization there; however, if feed is not restored for an extended period, the heat level inside the regenerator will gradually decrease. When the temperature of the regenerator drops below 500 degrees Celsius, and the rate of temperature decline is relatively fast, the supply of emergency steam should be stopped. If necessary, the system’s steam supply as well as the backflow air can be completely shut off to allow the regenerator to go into a dormant state. When the regenerator temperature falls below 400 degrees Celsius, the catalyst should be removed from it. If handled properly, the bed can be kept sealed for 48 hours; after fluidization, combustion oil can be sprayed directly without the need to light an auxiliary combustion chamber.
