The vortex high-power impact crusher boasts exceptional crushing performance. The product design of Huacheng Heavy Industry’s vortex high-power impact crusher is unique, featuring a vortex crushing chamber as well as three crushing zones labeled P, S, and T. It incorporates a rotor body connected by keyed cone sleeves, highly efficient and wear-resistant hammer heads that are installed insert-style, inclined bearing seats, unique toothed impact plates, a frame with doors that can be opened from multiple directions, and screw or hydraulic mechanisms for opening the doors. It is more convenient to replace wear parts and carry out maintenance. For larger models, special lifting tools for replacing sledgehammers are also available for users to choose from. In the vortex impact crusher, large pieces of material enter the large vortex-shaped crushing chamber through the feed opening. They are struck by the high-speed rotating rotor hammers, and after being impacted against the serrated impact plates at the top of the crushing chamber, they rebound and fall back down. They continue to collide with subsequent pieces of material that are also being crushed. The large pieces that have not been fully crushed experience enormous pressure and shear forces due to the thick toothed plates and hammers in the crushing chamber, allowing even the hardest materials to be roughly crushed before moving on to the lower S-shaped crushing chamber. The gap between the toothed liner of the crushing chamber and the ram of the rotor body is small; here, the material undergoes various actions such as frictional impact, shearing, and compression, resulting in medium-sized crushing, followed by fine crushing in the T-shaped crushing chamber. The gap between the toothed liner of the T-crushing chamber and the rotor body is smaller; the material is subjected to friction, shearing, and other forces, which result in its fragmentation before it is discharged from the machine. Due to the multiple stages of crushing in the vortex crushing chamber and the P, S, and T chambers, the particle shape of the product is almost always cubic. Even in the case of andesite that produces a significant amount of flaky particles as a result of crushing, the proportion of such flaky particles in the final product remains below the required 12%. The four-chamber crushing process of high-power crushers results in better stone crushing efficiency.
