The oil overflow in the high-level tank of a heat transfer oil furnace occurs because when the pressure of the heat transfer oil circulating in the heating system exceeds the pressure difference with that in the high-level tank, an oil-gas mixture will emerge from the high-level tank, resulting in oil overflow ; Secondly, sudden changes in the system’s oil temperature cause changes in the oil’s composition, expansion of its volume, rapid fluctuations in oil pressure, and an imbalance throughout the system that leads to oil leakage. The factors affecting the timing of oil leakage in heat transfer oil furnaces, in terms of environmental conditions, can be summarized as follows: First, the heating speed of the dehydrated exhaust gas is too fast, which causes the heat transfer oil to generate steam; the heat transfer oil then evaporates under the strong influence of low-boiling-point volatiles, leading to oil leakage from the elevated oil tanks ; Secondly, it is a device that provides thermal diversity for heating systems; each device is used to control a different heating temperature or return oil temperature. When high-temperature heat transfer oil enters the cold oil in the refrigeration system rapidly and in large quantities, it causes substances with low boiling points to vaporize in large amounts, leading to a sharp increase in volume and resulting in oil overflow from the high-level tank ; Thirdly, due to unexpected situations such as failures in the circulation pump, sudden power outages, or system defects, it becomes necessary to interrupt the circulation heating system. As a result, the temperature in the furnace cannot drop quickly, leading to a rapid increase in temperature. The high-boiling and low-boiling substances present in the heat transfer oil vaporize at high temperatures, causing oil leakage as they rush into the overhead tank.
