If a chemical plant needs to carry out energy-saving renovation projects, must it be undertaken by entities with design and construction qualifications? Can ordinary energy-saving service companies take on this task?

There are no specific regulations regarding energy-saving renovations, right? If you have the technical skills, you can develop the solutions on your own; if not, you can ask relevant organizations to conduct an assessment and make plans, as they specialize in this area and likely have a broader range of technical approaches. Many of the energy-saving improvement projects in our company have been carried out through gradual modifications based on our production processes, while in other cases advanced technologies have been directly introduced to replace the existing processes.

Based on the results of the project investment and energy-saving upgrades, if the effects are significant and design work is required, one can turn to companies with the appropriate qualifications; meanwhile, if an energy-saving service company is strong enough, it can take care of everything on its own
