What specific process is it, and what is the concentration of the liquid? Just return it to the regulating tank, right?
It depends on your concentrated solution analysis data. Let’s assume that the COD level exceeds the standard by 120; in such a case, treatment is necessary. There are two methods for this purpose: if the excess amount is not significant, the water can be mixed with other water to bring it within the acceptable range before discharge ; If the amount is too high, adsorption or ozone treatment devices are needed, or the wastewater must be treated to meet regulatory standards before it can be discharged.
Personally, I think the main issues with concentrated water lie in salt content and COD, or rather, in inorganic salts and biodegradable organic substances. It’s best to dilute the waste before discharging it; if that’s not possible, then biological treatment will be necessary. But if the salt concentration is too high, even the biological treatment tanks can’t handle it. So, does it still require dilution before proceeding with biological treatment? Currently, in the coal chemical industry, membrane concentration is generally used, followed by evaporation and crystallization of the concentrated wastewater, to achieve zero emissions.

At present, the concentrated water from the demineralized water station and the wastewater discharged from the circulating water facility are mixed in the accident tank before being discharged, and the standards are generally met. A good way needs to be found to reuse it.
