I work for a chemical engineering company in Guangdong; I was promoted to a senior engineer this year. I don’t know where to submit the application, nor do I know how much it will cost Do any friends work in this field? I can encrypt it too. Moreover, the papers published must be in journals with domestic publication numbers to be valid.

You must have published papers when applying for the intermediate level as well; isn’t it required for that level to submit articles to journals at the provincial level as well? You submitted to those kinds of journals. Journals rated **A** are better, as are core journals.
