It is a material layered heating furnace; the furnace chamber is composed of inner and outer refractory bricks surrounded by frame steel plates. The individual chambers are separated from one another by movable steel plates, and sealing between these chambers is achieved by moving these plates so that they fit tightly against the frame steel plates. The temperature in the furnace chamber is around 700 degrees. Due to the different coefficients of thermal expansion between the movable steel plates and the frame steel plates, a gap of about 5 MM appears between them, allowing the material (mineral powder) to leak into the lower furnace chambers. Please analyze how improvements can be made to resolve the material leakage issue. Thank you~~~
It is recommended to weld a box, and fill the box with casting material suitable for boilers!
