The rammed coke oven industry is developing rapidly, but it is difficult to measure the temperature at the center of the coke cake. Some say that the surface temperature of the coke cake is measured during coking, in order to estimate the temperature at the center of the coke cake. So, by how much does the surface temperature of the coke cake differ from the temperature at its center? Some also say that the center temperature of the coke cake can be estimated by measuring the wall temperature of the carbonization chamber. So, by how many degrees does the wall temperature of the carbonization chamber differ from the temperature at the center of the coke cake?
Refer to the top-mounted coal coke oven, 100 degrees.
This method is really not easy to implement; if followed according to the standard requirements, it’s simply impossible to measure the temperature
