I am just getting started with LNG liquefaction plants. Could you provide information on the equipment, process flow, operating procedures, and other relevant details related to such plants? What are the mainstream equipment and processes used in the LNG liquefaction plants that have been built in China? Imported or domestic? Thank you first.
Not many are in operation domestically; the largest one at present is Kunlun Energy’s Guangyuan facility, with a capacity of 1 million cubic meters of LNG, commissioned in May last year. 1 was put into operation; the process is from the United States
Hehe~~~ Buddy, it seems your information isn’t very accurate! There are already LNG liquefaction plants in operation in the country, and there are many of them! The largest facilities at present are Guanghui’s LNG plant in Shanshan, with a production capacity of 150 cubic meters per day; CNOOC’s plant in Zhuhai has a capacity of 600,000 cubic meters per day; Dazhou Huixin’s plant has a capacity of 1 million cubic meters per day; and Ordos Xingxing Energy’s plant also has a capacity of 1 million cubic meters per day. All of these plants have been in operation for several years now! Huayou Guang’an and Guangyuan have not yet started operations; all the aforementioned projects utilize BV’s PRICO process. In China, there are currently nearly a hundred LNG plants that have been built, are under construction, or in the planning stage

I was wondering: are there any companies in our country capable of carrying out LNG projects from start to finish? Guanghui uses Linde’s technology, not BV’s; BV’s technology is suitable for medium and small production volumes, while Linde’s technology works better with larger scales
The 600,000-ton domestic production project in Tai’an, Shandong is the largest of its kind to date; however, CNPC has even larger projects, and it is expected that both will begin operations around the same time
The main manufacturing processes are still Lind, Dessinib, and Conness; components that require ultra-low temperatures are mostly imported.
