The purity is not sufficient; is there an analysis of what components the magazine consists of? If the impurities are things like nitrogen, then it must be that there is a leak in the nitrogen pipeline. Under normal circumstances, the carbon dioxide product tower in the low-temperature methanol washing process does not suffer from insufficient purity – only issues such as low production volume or excessive sulfur content may occur. This is because the carbon dioxide product is obtained by absorbing methanol and then releasing it, so there shouldn’t be many impurities present.
An insufficient CO2 purity indicates a problem with the medium-pressure flash evaporation; the CO+H2 content in the CO2 gas is high, and in such cases it is sufficient to reduce the pressure in the medium-pressure flash evaporation tank accordingly!

A sample should be taken to determine which components have increased. If sulfur levels are too high, the amount of carbon-rich methanol fed in should be increased; if the pressure in the flash tank is high, appropriate adjustments can be made. Each issue needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
Sampling for analysis should be carried out; the reason for the low purity of most carbon dioxide is likely an excessively high control level of the medium-pressure flashing pressure, which prevents gases such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide present in the carbon dioxide-rich methanol from being completely flashed away, resulting in insufficient purity. You can pay close attention during production!
