What are the issues causing poor transfer of material from the second stage to the first stage in phosphate ammonium? Currently, the liquid level in effect I is only in the teens, while that in effect II is in the thirties. The gas pressure in the outer circulation and in effect I is high; the vacuum level in effect II can only reach 33!

The problem has been resolved; it was caused by scaling at the inlet of the gas pipeline leading to the second effect stage! Everything is working properly now after cleaning it
