How do people handle the translation of various titles?

We often visit forums, where we encounter various types of administrators, super moderators, moderator assistants, moderators, real* moderators, and technical discussants. Have you ever thought about what these titles would be in English? What troubles me most are the terms “moderator” and “discussion participant”; I feel that no translation seems suitable for them, so I’m seeking everyone’s opinions here to discuss this together. :D
Administrator: supervisior or administrator; Super moderator: The top-level moderator; Assistant to the super moderator: The helper of the super moderator; Technical expert: The specialist in technology; Moderator: The regular moderator; Internship moderator: The moderator on an internship basis

The term \"discussion enthusiast\" emphasizes the aspect of discussion, while \"contributor\" is quite fitting as well.

Let’s return to the topic of “technical discussants.” In my opinion, the “technology” referred to here isn’t anything truly high-tech; it simply refers to people who are willing to share and exchange what they know. Using the term “technology” is a bit excessive; perhaps “know-how” would be more appropriate. “For “discussion participant,” there is indeed a corresponding term called “discussant,” but that usually refers to formal settings, and it doesn’t fully reflect the function of our title. Using “provider” or “adviser” seems a bit one-way, as they not only give advice but also acquire knowledge through interaction with others. Personally, I think the title of “super moderator” doesn’t need to be that complicated; their role is similar to that of a “manager” in a company – they rarely handle posting tasks themselves. Their main job is to oversee the work of the subordinate moderators and to impose rewards or penalties accordingly. So I think using the term “supervisor” would be sufficient. What do you think? Oh, I forgot that we also have a title called “Crew Member”. I originally wanted to translate this as “cruiser”, but realized that it refers to battleships. Do you have any good suggestions for this?

The opinions gathered so far aren’t particularly numerous, so I can only provide a personal summary: Administrator: Administrator or President; Members of the cruising team: Tentatively Inspector or Cruising Committee/Advisory; Super moderator: Supervisor or The super moderator; Assistant to the super moderator: Assistant Supervisor or Assistant super moderator; Moderator: Moderator or Board Master; Trainee moderator: Moderator Trainee; Technical discussant: Technical/Know-how Consultant (the word “consultant” implies someone who discusses or consults, which fits well with the role of HaiChuan!) )
