Moderator salaries are distributed at the end of each month in the management area of the comprehensive section; those moderators who perform well also receive rewards in the form of “charm” and “prestige”. I. Requirements for moderators: 1. A passion for and familiarity with the Haichuan Chemicals Forum ； 2. Passion for forum management ； 3. At least one hour of online time per day on average ； 4.
