CS3000 computer freezing issue

One of the operator stations among the 3 I am using always crashes automatically after a while; after restarting it, no issues were detected – the Yokogawa system is working properly. The Event Viewer shows an internal system error, and such problems do not occur on the other stations. I seek advice from those who are more experienced
First, determine whether it is a hardware or software issue. For hardware problems: check for cooling issues, whether the fans are working, how much dust there is; examine the motherboard to see if the chips are overheating and if there are any bulges in the capacitors. Reconnect the memory modules and network card as well. Additionally, scan the hard drive to check for any damaged sectors. Also, check whether the power supply is stable. Software: Whether the operating system is intact and free of viruses, whether the monitoring system is working properly, and whether operations are carried out in a standardized manner. The simplest way is to reinstall the system and the monitoring software. Is it also due to human factors? It’s possible that some operators are causing problems by acting carelessly

Here’s a suggestion: you can take the control station host outside and use a hair dryer or a fan to blow on it; there might be too much dust inside. It’s the same here; there was a period when the system crashed frequently, but after cleaning it, there were no more crashes for over half a year. It’s simple, but very effective. Experience is for reference only.

The system reported an error once before, but no adverse effects occurred, so it was simply recorded. 12 System error: 2011.12.15, SCS0110 – IOMCHANNEL ERROR; NODE 01, SLOT 01, CH01: failure (5127). 13 The set temperature for the crude oil feed heater was originally 105°C; it has now been changed to 70°C. We are concerned that this might be due to an internal issue with the system and don’t know what to do
Error message: I/O module channel error; moreover, there is no alarm on other operation stations. It’s not a big problem; at most it’s an issue with the control station. If there are also problems with the driver, then reinstall the operating system and control software of the control station.
