Is the price of metal sintered filter elements determined by the filtration area?

In coal gasification, for the metal sintered mesh filters used for ash removal, if their diameters differ, is the factor determining their price the filtering area? Is there anyone in this industry who can explain this?

Are there any useful metal sintered wire meshes? Could you say it more clearly? Are there any examples of which factories still use it, and in which specific processes?
It is calculated based on the area of the sintered metal mesh, which is simply a surface area calculation.
The pricing depends mainly on the filtration accuracy; there is a layer for controlling filtration accuracy, and it is the price of the mesh in this control layer that is high. Another factor is the number of layers; more layers mean more screen usage
The prices are calculated per unit, and the cost of the interface also needs to be taken into account
