What is the stator material of a screw pump?

To produce pharmaceutical raw materials at an injection grade (that are non-corrosive), what material is suitable for the stator of a screw pump at 80°C? In other industries, nitrile rubber is generally used; I would like to use silicone rubber, but the manufacturer says its wear resistance is poor! If nitrile rubber is chosen, there is a concern that it may affect the quality of the active pharmaceutical ingredient. I hope those who have used it can help out; thank you!
EPDM rubber can be used. It has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Fluororubber is expensive; there shouldn’t be much of an issue with nitrile rubber, as long as there is no solvent involved
There are many materials available for the stator. Personally, I recommend using EPDM rubber. QQ: 893619034
