Currently, many chlor-alkali companies are building new plants in the western regions. However, the caustic soda and cement produced by these new facilities are difficult to sell locally in those areas. It would be possible to obtain the hydrogen chloride needed for PVC production through other methods, thereby reducing reliance on caustic soda and easing the sales pressure associated with caustic soda and liquid chlorine. Please introduce the process route and application of producing hydrogen chloride using the non-electrolytic brine/halite process.
