AspenPlus calls unit models developed by other software

When AspenPlus attempts to use this model for calculations, it throws the following error: Block: PFR-MSR Model: CAPE-OPEN ** ERROR Error name: ECapeUnknownHR Error Code: 0 Object Name: PFR-MSR Interface: Undefined Method: Calculate Description: no error Information: Undefined. Could someone help me analyze this issue? Thank you.
