I need to design a DN1000, PN10, 97 standard. However, flanges with such a large diameter cannot be found in the flange standards. What should I do? What standards should I refer to if I design it myself?

It’s not that large either in the American system; I’ve never seen the German standard – could it be different from the European standard? . .
How could there be none? ? ? German standard – DIN EN 1092-1; the American standard is ASME B16.47 (flanges in Series A and B)
Check if there’s space around the equipment flange I remember the equipment flange being this big
Could we use a version with a pressure rating a few levels lower as a reference? Once, I even used a necked butt-welded flange with a pressure rating of 1800; only flanges with a PN1.6 or lower rating are available in such large sizes.
Regarding the issue of replacing flanges, only higher pressure grades can be used in place of lower ones; no one dares to use a lower pressure grade to replace a higher one. Moreover, large-diameter valves generally operate at low pressures, which do not exceed 1.6 Mpa.
It’s not a pipe flange; it’s located on the container. This allows it to be possible to avoid using manholes, as two flanges can be used in place of them, which is more convenient. It has a diameter of only 1000, and there are several small flanges at the top; there’s no space for an access hatch, so two flanges were added in the middle to facilitate maintenance.
It’s the design calculation document for non-standard flanges. I wonder if you have one?
Non-standard flanges can be designed by designers and processed in the metalworking workshop.
It must be a device flange rather than a pipe flange, right? . .
