The actuator of pneumatic diaphragm pumps is controlled by air; such components are hard to find in China, and their operational stability is inferior to that of those from abroad. :) In fact, it is advisable to suggest that the design institute use electric metering pumps—such as hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps)—as the goal is the same. ——Unless the operating conditions require pneumatic operation.
I have a useful electric hydraulic diaphragm pump metering pump, which performs very well; it’s produced by Hangzhou Depam. I recommend that the original poster give it a try.
We are also using electric hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps, which have been in use for many years and perform well; their maximum flow rate is 2000 L/H
There are some special operating conditions in which pneumatic diaphragm pumps are required, but only in limited cases； Some are the individual preferences of certain design institutes. We can provide plunger and hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps with flow rates ranging from 0.2 to 35,000 L/h, and pressures from atmospheric to 650 kilograms.

Our company uses imported Ingersoll Rand pneumatic pumps, which are of much better quality than those produced domestically.
Has anyone used domestic pumps that can serve as a substitute for Ingersoll Rand’s pumps? I hope to share some experience.
Although domestic pumps are cheap, their flow rate is half that of imported pumps for the same diameter. Moreover, there is a significant difference in materials and design compared to imported pumps, so their cost-performance ratio isn’t very high； As for the choice between pneumatic diaphragm pumps and metering pumps, it depends on flow rate, price, and the convenience of gas supply.
