Am I overloaded?

Article 54 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China: Motor vehicles shall not carry a load exceeding the load capacity specified in their vehicle registration certificates; the length and width of the load shall not exceed those of the vehicle’s cargo compartment. The following rules must also be complied with: (1) For heavy and medium-duty freight trucks, as well as semi-trailers, the height of the load from the ground shall not exceed 4 meters, while for vehicles carrying containers, this limit is 4.2 meters； (II) For other motor vehicles used for carrying goods, the height of the load from the ground shall not exceed 2.5 meters ； (III) When a motorcycle is carrying goods, the height from the ground shall not exceed 1.5 meters, and the length shall not exceed 0.2 meters beyond the body of the motorcycle. The load width on a two-wheeled motorcycle shall not exceed 0.15 meters on either side of the handlebars ； The load width of a three-wheeled motorcycle must not exceed the width of the vehicle body. Passenger vehicles shall not carry goods other than the luggage racks on the exterior of the vehicle body and the built-in trunk. When a passenger car’s luggage rack is used to carry goods, the height from the roof shall not exceed 0.5 meters, and the height from the ground shall not exceed 4 meters.
