The seal oil for the gas holder won’t flow down

We are using dry gas cabinets, and recently the sealing oil that should reach the piston has not been able to flow down. Could anyone among you help analyze what could be the cause?
Does the piston still not come down after adding oil? Does the oil still not flow on its own after being applied?
It’s because the oil doesn’t flow down; most of it goes to the top of the piston
In winter, it is likely that there is water in the oil; firstly, the separation of oil from water is not effective, and the insulation properties need to be improved.
The water in the oil freezes, which affects its downward flow
If the piston does not move up and down for an extended period of time, it will prevent the thin oil from flowing down; the key is to check for any gas leaks.
