Monomers recovered from polymerization: 1. We conducted analyses, and the main components were low-boiling substances; however, a paper by Xinjiang Tianye indicates that the main components are high-boiling substances. I wonder what the situation is like for other colleagues? 2. It is not known whether any manufacturers reprocess the recovered monomers from polymerization, such as through distillation, in order to improve the quality of the monomers. 3. What is the effect of re-distilling the polymerized monomer, and is it easy for the trays to undergo self-polymerization? Please share your thoughts, thank you!

Our company produces PVC using the calcium carbide process. The treatment method involves, after the material is discharged, going through a recovery process, compression in a gas holder, cooling with water at 7 degrees Celsius, followed by cooling with water at minus 35 degrees Celsius. The cooled monomer is then stored in a tank for use in the next batch; those that cannot be cooled are sent to a distillation and adsorption process for further treatment
