How can someone like me do a good job and plan their career?

With all due respect, you have only graduated from undergraduate studies, just half a year ago. There is still a strong sense of being a student about them. After joining a company, don’t keep focusing on your specialty, as that will limit your growth. From my experience, gaining experience on the job site is far more valuable than sitting in an office drawing plans. Seize these opportunities; no matter what you are doing on site, as long as you pay attention, you will learn a lot. Of course you’re also thoughtful; don’t rush.
What was said on the 4th floor is correct; with the work you are doing now, if you put in hard effort, there will be many opportunities. If you find that it’s really not suitable for you, you can request to transfer to another department within the company – this would be beneficial for both the company and you personally. Change jobs; you’re guessing on your own and taking far too many detours
Study the blueprints carefully; you can learn a lot even while carrying out construction work. Learning on-site is the fastest way to gain knowledge!
Aren’t you at Jilin Chemical Construction? With a degree in control engineering, you could work in chemical machinery factories, where you can be involved in the design of pressure vessels, or work on equipment maintenance there, or engage in equipment design and pipeline design as well! It’s up to you to choose!
I’m glad to see your post; this is a problem that many university graduates face when they enter society. In fact, society is like a large classroom, with plenty of things to learn, and people have many choices ahead of them. Can you be sure that you’ll continue working in your field for the next few decades? ? ? Many people work in fields that are not their specialty, and some of them even do an excellent job! ! ! !
The thing is, it’s been half a year since I graduated, and I feel that if I don’t improve my skills in my field of study, I won’t have any strengths left……
