Our company is involved in oil refining, and we have our own sewage treatment system. The scum removal machines used in those systems are of the chain type, which results in a high maintenance rate. I was wondering if there are any more advanced models available: handshake
Is the slag scraper imported or domestically produced?
It might be due to an incorrect choice of material and structure, or the chains keep breaking for some other reason; since the original poster didn’t provide specific details, it’s hard to give a proper answer
We need domestically produced ones; chains with high corrosivity tend to break and come off their tracks. Please specify which company manufactures them. Thank you

Actually, 16Mn material is sufficient; we used 304 before, and it kept breaking. After making modifications by adding scrapers, pulleys, and tracks, it worked for 3 years without any repairs. However, the entire air flotation system has now been replaced. I’m not sure what type of air flotation system the company in question is using now – the regular type? Strengthen? Vortices? Or what? Please be clear; otherwise how can I answer when the question isn’t clearly stated?
For vortex air flotation, should it be modified by oneself or purchased from a manufacturer?
