A warm welcome to lihx_susan, tigerli358_Can, and **Juan in the foreign language section’s technical team. lihx_susan and tigerli358_Can are long-time participants in the technical discussions within this section and important figures there; their return to the technical team is a great blessing for it. **Juan graduated from a chemical engineering program, studied chemical engineering English and bilingual skills during his studies, and continues to learn specialized English at work – he possesses excellent technical skills. We welcome outstanding English speakers to join the technical and management teams in the Foreign Languages Division. In terms of timing, technical discussants are not required to be online every day; they just need to have time each week – preferably as much as possible – to participate in discussions and help others solve problems. Moreover, technical discussants are now assigned to specific forums, and rewards as well as evaluations are given based on the number of posts they make and the depth of those posts. Their salaries are paid in the management team’s office together with those of the forum moderators; technical discussants no longer need to provide links to their posts, which allows them to have more time to engage in discussions. If you truly have limited time and can only contribute occasionally to the technical team, you are welcome to join the Chemical Engineering English section in the Foreign Languages area; those who post more than 6 times a day will be rewarded. With a new year arriving, fresh members have joined the management and technical teams in various sections – this is a significant advantage for Haichuan. We support and congratulate the new and old technical discussants in the foreign language section; we believe Haichuan will do even better in 2012!

First of all, I wish everyone a prosperous Year of the Dragon, good health, and success in their work! I’m honored to be a technical discussant in the foreign languages section. I’m extremely grateful to Chao Ban, all the moderators, and fellow members for providing such a great platform for us to grow together. I will surely live up to everyone’s expectations and do my best to contribute to the development of FLC. Thank you… Finally, I wish FLC even greater success in the new year……
