Issues regarding the qualification for partial analysis design

The entire equipment is designed in accordance with GB150, while individual components are designed through analytical methods; no certificate for analytical design is required for the whole unit. Does that person then need an analytical design certificate? If an individual does not need a SAD design approval certificate, can this analysis still be guaranteed?

There must be tens of thousands of people who are able to carry out simple local analyses. As for determining whether such analyses are accurate and reasonable, that’s harder to say. The absence of a certification does not mean a lack of competence in conducting audits; therefore, certification is not directly related to actual skill level
In fact, the documents are merely to prove that the procedures meet the requirements. There is no absolute relationship between certificates and proficiency levels. To conduct analysis, one must have the necessary skills in this area.
Are only containers that adopt the 4732 design as a whole required to have an SAD certificate? And for devices that require local analysis, such as the nozzles of some reactors, is it okay to operate them without certification?

Note that this refers only to the analysis and design of the local structure, not the overall structure; for the overall structure, analysis and design require certain qualifications from the design firm
But when you’re not sure, it’s better to have someone with SAD audit qualifications do it – it’s like buying insurance
