For cleaning turbine condensers, which brand of cleaning balls is everyone using? What type of balls are they – hard or soft? Which manufacturer’s devices are used for cleaning turbine condensers? Which company’s products offer the best results in terms of ball recovery and cleaning efficiency? In the past, one particular brand did not give very good results
Please note that the vacuum level of our turbines has been poor recently, and we are unable to identify the cause; it’s possible that the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is inadequate. We would appreciate some guidance from those with more experience.
Our company was founded by several returning technical experts, who, in collaboration with several other organizations, develop and produce a range of products such as ultrasonic anti-scaling equipment. The main products have received widespread praise after 5 years of testing and application. 1. Under normal conditions: ⑴ If no anti-scaling or descaling treatment is carried out before installing the anti-scaling device, after it is put into use, the scale layer will no longer increase, and the existing scale will gradually fall off, until dynamic scale-free operation is achieved. ⑵If a thorough chemical cleaning to remove scale is carried out before installing the anti-scaling device, dynamic scale-free operation can be achieved once it is put into use. 2. It enables simultaneous online scale prevention and removal, eliminating the need to halt production for chemical cleaning or other scale-removal methods. 3. The high-speed micro-vortices generated on the heat transfer surface disrupt the insulation layer of the medium, improving heat transfer efficiency, maintaining smooth operation of the system, and reducing the power consumption of the circulation water pump. 4. It reduces under-scale corrosion and oxidative rusting caused by scaling, ensures the safety of equipment operation, and extends the equipment’s service life. 5. No maintenance is required during use. Those interested can arrange a on-site visit; Mr. Li at 18606434879
