Don’t go to such small private companies; work at a proper design firm first, and only then consider working for those so-called small private firms where it’s claimed that those with skills will definitely get high salaries. You make a good point; I work for a private company too now! However, in Guangdong, there are many private enterprises and few state-owned enterprises. There’s no real difference between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises!
