The current PSA hydrogen production capacity is 30,000 cubic meters. Due to changes in the raw material composition, we wish to select a new type of adsorbent. Could anyone recommend manufacturers that offer adsorbents with good performance? It would be ideal if contact information is available
There are many types of adsorbents used in hydrogen production, at least five or more. Different adsorbents and amounts will be selected depending on your origin. Basically, the adsorbents are either produced internally or modified according to the composition of your gas source; I can guide you through the production of such adsorbents
What was said upstairs is correct; the original poster needs to provide information on the composition of the feed gas as well as that of the final gas – handle each situation according to its specifics
There are no major technical challenges in hydrogen production, and the methods used by different manufacturers are more or less similar. I recommend a reliable and capable manufacturer, Peking University Pioneer, which has extensive experience in producing oxygen, CO, and hydrogen using pressure swing adsorption technology.
This technology is quite mature, with many domestic manufacturers available – such as Chengdu West China, Asia United High-Tech, and the larger Tianyi Technology – so there are no issues.
There are not many domestic PSA plant manufacturers capable of producing adsorbents on their own, and each of them has its own advantages. It is best to determine the adsorbent loading plan after knowing the conditions of the feed gas and the requirements of the product gas. Generally, the loading scheme for this adsorbent and the modification of the PSA process flow must be carried out simultaneously to achieve satisfactory results.
Tianyi Technology is good, and likewise, Yalian, Yalian, and Huaxi Institute are all excellent.
