May I ask, for sulfuric acid in the 98%, 92%, and 85% concentrations, what type of container is best to use? I saw it used with FRT online; what kind of material is this FRT? Is it possible to create a container? Please give me some advice! !
I’ve never heard of FRT! Is it FRP? FRP is fiberglass reinforced plastic. Fiberglass can be used to manufacture horizontal and vertical storage tanks, transport tanks, containers, as well as large-scale series of containers. Depending on the medium to be stored or transported by the user, epoxy-phenol resin, modified or polyester resin, or phenolic resin is used as the binder. Such structures consist of a corrosion-resistant inner lining with a high resin content, an impermeability layer, a fiber-wrapped reinforcement layer, and an outer protective layer. The operating temperature of this product ranges from -50 to 120°C. It has advantages such as pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life, with a maximum pressure tolerance of generally below 6.4 MPa. It also features light weight, high strength, impermeability, heat insulation, electrical insulation, non-toxicity, and a smooth surface. It can be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, electricity, transportation, food brewing, synthetic manufacturing, water supply and drainage, seawater desalination, irrigation, and defense engineering. It can store various corrosive substances such as acids, bases, salts, sewage, drinking water, demineralized water, soy sauce, vinegar, beer, milk, etc., and can also be used as underground oil tanks, insulated storage tanks, and transport tankers.
It can also be done using specialized storage tanks; companies that manufacture pressure vessels produce such tanks
It can be stored in ordinary carbon steel tanks, and transferred using carbon steel pipelines
98% sulfuric acid is stored in containers made of ordinary iron materials, 92% sulfuric acid is stored in containers lined with fiberglass or polypropylene, and 85% sulfuric acid is stored in containers lined with ceramic or made of ceramic.
