Conversion of hot water boiler to burn rice husks

Our factory is currently using a one-ton coal-fired hot water boiler. Now it wants to be converted into one that burns rice husks. I would like to ask everyone: can the heat generated by rice husks meet the requirement of around 90 degrees Celsius for hot water? . . Many factories in the area have switched to using rice husks for fuel. But their factory uses steam for heating.

The temperature that can be reached depends on the burning temperature of the fuel as well as the pressure of the working fluid. 90°C is easily achievable. It is recommended to use a decoupled combustion technique for burning, that is, to decompose first and then burn. It is very suitable for a 1t/h furnace.
Burning rice husks is quite good; after all, they are relatively easy to ignite, burn completely, and are inexpensive. The dry ash can also be sold for money. The calorific value of rice husks is around 3,500 kcal; it’s easy to heat water to 90 degrees, as long as the combustion is properly controlled
Since other people’s steam boilers can meet the requirements, there is no problem using water at 90 degrees as well.
