Ningbo Heyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a dynamic private chemical enterprise founded in March 2010; its factory is located in the Ningbo Chemical Industry Zone in Zhenhai, Zhejiang. The company’s production capacity includes an olefin production facility capable of producing 1.8 million tons of methanol per year, an ethylene glycol plant with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year, and a polypropylene plant with a capacity of 400,000 tons per year. The total investment in the project is approximately 6 billion yuan, with completion and operation scheduled for 2012. He Yuan Chemical’s methanol-to-olefins project uses low-carbon methanol as the raw material for production (whereas traditional processes use petroleum as the raw material), which is in line with the country’s energy development strategies and industrial policies. It holds great significance for optimizing China’s energy consumption structure, improving energy efficiency, and reducing environmental pollution. As a young and dynamic new enterprise, Ningbo Heyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. recognizes that talent is the most valuable asset for a company. According to the project schedule, the Public Works Center currently needs to recruit the following personnel: (II) Water supply and drainage – 1. Several water treatment operators ； Job requirements: A college degree or above; fresh graduates as well as those with prior work experience are both eligible; major in environmental engineering or related fields. (III) Storage and Transportation: 1–5 skilled operators. Requirements: A college degree or above, at least three years of work experience in storage and transportation; those with experience in storage and transportation for ethylene plants are given priority. Salary range: 50,000–70,000 per year. Work meals are provided, social insurance coverage is offered, and various holiday benefits are available. 2. 10 graduates are to be recruited. Requirements: A college degree or above, major in chemical engineering and technology. (IV) Boilers: 1. Several operators are needed. Requirements: A college degree or above, major in thermal energy and power engineering; fresh graduates as well as experienced workers are both acceptable. (5) Air separation and air compression: 1. Several skilled operators are required. Qualifications: a college degree or above, with expertise in heat and power engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, or related fields. During the project construction phase, these operators work 40 hours per week; once the facility is operational, they will work on a four-shift system. I graduated from university in 2004, and then worked for 3 years at a low-temperature ethylene storage facility (for a newly built styrene plant with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons), working through the entire process from construction to commissioning. After that, I switched to another chemical plant, where I served as the supervisor of utility systems (responsible for managing refrigeration, air separation, wastewater treatment, underground pipelines, pipe racks, circulating water systems, fire protection, and chemical water treatment) – and I’ve held this position until now. It’s just that your salary is too low
