Has GCL-Poly stopped production?

:) American silane-based polysilicon, priced at 170,000 yuan per ton, is being shipped in large quantities to Chinese manufacturers – how many of them can continue operating without shutting down production? ~~~
How is that possible? I guess it’s due to industrial restructuring and long-term planning on their part
