Does anyone know the general level of recognition throughout society for master’s degrees in chemical engineering at present? Something on a broad scale would be helpful ? ?

I’m not an HR professional, but it seems that the master’s graduates in engineering from our school have no difference in terms of job hunting prospects compared to those with academic master’s degrees. Some time ago, an HR representative from a equipment company asked me about a guy who had an Master of Engineering degree. He wanted to know the difference between a Master of Engineering degree and an academic master’s degree. My friend said that a Master of Engineering degree focuses more on application, while an academic master’s degree emphasizes research. . . . . . HR fully agrees. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Do many HR professionals in China actually have the necessary skills for this role? Hehe! Doubtful! At least I’ve seen many of them, and they’re basically nonsense!
What was said upstairs is correct – generally, the HR professionals in state-owned enterprises are not very skilled, while those in foreign companies are quite professional!
