Create a dedicated section on the Haichuan Forum for discussing academic topics. District Name: Mechanical Equipment Engineering* and Advanced Discussion Forum Requirements: 1. Gather together all the posts within this district that have been resolved or thoroughly discussed and hold academic value, and move them to this forum so that everyone can learn from them and improve their professional technical knowledge ； Organization method: 1) The sections will be gradually organized and consolidated by means of various tasks for contributors, as well as by encouraging moderators, before the posts from each section are moved. 2) Organized posts should be in the form of new topic posts, with clear titles and detailed content descriptions; those presenting opposing views must include thorough explanations, and the original post link must be attached. 2: Professional technical discussions initiated by experts in partitioning technology or senior members, focusing on advanced levels of professional knowledge or personal experience; such discussions require a certain level of experience and foundation in order to proceed. Scoring and management methods: 1. The learning*posts are posted via mobile devices, with scoring being determined through assigned tasks ； All learning*posts are set to closed status, with replies prohibited. If you have questions related to the content of a post, please create a new topic in the appropriate discussion forum section. 2. The minimum score for discussion posts is 15 points in Wealth, while the maximum score is temporarily set at 5 points in Charm. 3. In this section, each post deducts 2 points from wealth as soon as it is opened. 4. Replies that do not meet the requirements will be deleted. (In the initial phase, reminders are given first; if the issue isn’t resolved within 3 days, the content is deleted.) Requirements for section setup: 1. There should be four sub-sections – Design, Manufacturing, Use, and Maintenance – to facilitate organization and classification. 2. Moved posts can only be moved to specific sub-forums again after being reviewed. The administrative permission to move posts directly to sub-forums is prohibited.

Since a dedicated section has been created for this purpose, and it is a model section for seas and rivers, sustainability is essential. It is recommended to standardize the format of the compilation posts (including the standard number of posts required) as well as the rewards for the tasks assigned. 3. Regarding the rule that \"2 points of wealth are deducted each time a post is opened,\" it is recommended that this rule not be applied in the initial stage of the dedicated section. In the initial stage of establishing the special zone, focus should be placed on promotion and improvement; this can be carried out at a later time. 4.
