The download link should be on the forum; just search for it. The installation process was fine; there was a tutorial. On Win7, it is best to do this under an administrator account (due to permission issues), and SQL Server 2008 needs to be installed.
I also tried to install ASPEN2006 on Win7 a couple of days ago, following the steps in order. The installation was completed, but I couldn’t use it. Could someone please give me some advice? It seems that some SQL file needed to be installed during the process, and I did install it as well, but I still can’t use it
