Our facility has several reaction vessels that are ready for use, with an internal pressure of 5 MPa during production. This device is imported, but the foreign manufacturer has not completed any registration procedures in the country. Question: 1. What are the current methods to pass the inspection by the special equipment supervision authorities? What procedures are required? 2. Is there a quicker way to do this? Do foreign manufacturers necessarily have to register with the Ministry of Commerce? 3. If registration is necessary, how should it be carried out? :) In accordance with the requirements of the new container regulations: design documents for containers designed and manufactured abroad must have approval from the Quality Supervision Bureau, along with a declaration of compliance with the relevant container regulations. In practice, quality inspection is carried out first, followed by on-site supervision and inspection by an inspection agency qualified to oversee overseas equipment (usually provincial special inspection institutes have such qualifications), which then issues the corresponding report.
Firstly, overseas manufacturers must hold a manufacturing license issued by the General Administration; secondly, their products must pass the inspection for imported goods conducted by the special inspection agencies. For more details, please consult the local provincial special inspection agency
Reactor vessels with a pressure of 5MPa still need to be imported; it’s much more convenient to have them customized domestically.
