May I ask how the special quality inspection document is implemented? Is it mandatory to follow it?
GB150 has come into effect immediately, and there is now a clear definition for those unclear and unenforceable provisions in the tolerance standards.
It must be carried out, as it is consistent with GB150-2011. There is a draft for feedback on GB150-2011 available online; you can take a look at it and then understand it
The fixed volume gauge is mandatory. GB150-2011 is the minimum requirement.
Document No. 86 issued by the Quality Inspection Bureau must be implemented.
Circular No. 86 was issued to address the gap between the Solid Content Regulations and the new version of 150; now that the new version of 150 has been put into effect, its provisions are consistent with those of Circular No. 86, so it should even more be implemented.
