Personally, I feel that some of the rules in the forum make it difficult for people to say “thank you”. 1. The points available are too few; sometimes, after posting a thread and receiving many replies, the points earned for that day aren’t enough, so one has to wait until the next day to get rewarded, and sometimes people forget about it. 2. There is a character limit on replies, which prevents one from saying “thank you”; this is especially frustrating when there are no points to award. 3. After the forum was redesigned, the message notification feature is not as good as before; there are no alerts when receiving replies from others (this has happened many times)
