Generally, there is a primary furnace and a backup one; only when the primary furnace is in operation can the temperature near the combustion chamber of the gasification furnace meet the requirements for natural drying, so there is no issue with heat retention. Natural drying of the furnace bricks after they are replaced during the major maintenance period is certainly not a problem. The major maintenance is carried out no later than October; if it takes place in winter, getting the entire system up and running again proves to be quite troublesome. Just dealing with freezing issues is already enough of a challenge. In January this year, my factory’s two systems stopped operating due to fluctuations in the power supply, and because of problems with the heat generation units, it took two days before the systems could be restarted again, during which time all the staff were busy preventing freezing.
