Question: What do DC/DC/DC and AC/DC/DC mean in the CPU 226 CN DC/DC/DC, 24 inputs/16 outputs 6ES7 216-2AD23-0XB8, and the CPU 226 CN AC/DC/relay, 24 inputs/16 outputs 6ES7 216-2BD23-0XB8?

That one is a relay contact without power supply; it can be connected to both DC and AC power. The DC version probably comes with its own 24V supply
