Provide a sample form that complies with the English version. 2. If the vendors do not issue an NCR, the CONTRACTOR’s inspector will issue one. Non-conformance Report = NCR. Question: 1. What word is “rev” an abbreviation for? How should “2.issue” be translated appropriately in this sentence? How should this sentence be translated more appropriately?
Question 2: When the vendors do not issue a NCR, the CONTRACTOR’s inspector will issue it. Personally, I think the first issue refers to the meaning of “issuing” – that is, issuing a report. The second issue should be “processing”, or it can also be understood as meaning that it is the contractor’s inspectors who carry out the issuing.
REV. means version, and it is used to issue. If the supplier does not issue an NCR, then the contractor will issue one.

I am a supplier; if the products I produce are free from defects, then I won’t issue any reports. So why should the contractor issue a report?
I think there should be some context for this; is there a condition before it? My guess is that, in the event the product does not meet the standards, if the supplier fails to issue an NCR, then it will be issued by the contractor’s inspector. It would be best to provide more context

The discussions and records from the initial meetings were all in English by the foreigners; I’ll ask the contractor about this later
Is this equivalent to drafting a procedure? In foreign companies, many ticketing procedures, as well as things like MOCs, PHAs, and JSAs, include such approval items, and there are usually quite a number of them listed. Looking forward to the results after your inquiry!
Rev is an abbreviation for revised or revision; it does not refer to a version, but rather to modifications or edits. What is mentioned here refers to revised drafts or modified versions. The version should be called version, abbreviated as v. For reference
It means more or less the same thing; the original one is the first version, while the modified one is another version, haha
According to the sentence meaning! ! ! Translating it as a version should be fine.....
The version upstairs is wrong; the English version and the revised English version mean completely different things.
