What’s the exact situation? Does anyone know more details? Normally, Phosphating Group should still have high-quality phosphate mines available, and since they have flotation equipment, they shouldn’t encounter such issues!

I met an engineer from a foreign company, who said that in your phosphating company’s flotation process, one additional step is needed in order to increase the grade of the concentrate; however, this also increases the costs.
If this is the case for all phosphate deposits, it becomes even more difficult to ensure quality, as the grade can drop to 27-28%, meaning the impurities are naturally high! The quality of phosphate rocks is getting worse and worse these days, making production very difficult.
I wonder how much longer phosphorus fertilizer raw materials will be available, and whether we will end up relying heavily on imports for them just like with potassium fertilizers

I think new technological innovations or a modest reduction in industry standards for nutrients could be considered; otherwise, we cannot face reality. This is a major challenge in phosphating production across the country at present.
If the nutrient content is below 64% (especially phosphorus pentoxide below 46%), there will be problems with export, as this is the international standard. The phosphating group should be able to carry out double flotation.
